| Sikh Empire, silver rupee, Amritsar mint, 'Nanak Shahi' couplet, VS 1877, 'Alif of “Akal” is missing. 'Alif of “Akal” on the reverse of the coin of Amritsar mint is known to be all Silver rupee of the year VS 1858 to 1863. However, after VS 1863 the 'Alif' has never been found to be missing. Coin of the Year VS 1877 has been observed with the 'Alif' as per coin of the Sikh Sri Amritsar Jio on the reverse G. Singh type 01.44.01, 11.08g. |
