Rare.
A large hoard of such diskettes was found in May 2000 at Mandi in Muzaffarnagar district, Western Uttar Pradesh. The hoard was contained in two bronze containers and included many varieties of spacer beads, hollow terminal beads, single and double bell-shaped beads, and thin circular diskettes, similar to this one. It has been fashioned with a rim and two very small holes with a neat cleft in on the radius. The technique and method of its manufacture are a testament to the skills and metallurgical knowledge of the Indus Valley Civilization.

The hoard was contained in two bronze containers and included many varieties of spacer beads, hollow terminal beads, single and double bell-shaped beads, and thin circular diskettes, similar to this one. Unusually, this diskette has wheel like punch. If this is indeed the case, it would be the oldest example of employing this method. The technique and method of its manufacture are a testament to the skills and metallurgical knowledge of the Indus Valley Civilization.

Extremely fine, Exceedingly rare.
The 'pulley'-type punch-marked coins are known chiefly from a small area near Wai, upstream Krishna River. These coins represent the earliest indigenous circulatory currency in the Deccan, to the South of the Vindhya Mountains. This set, comprising al five known denominations is testament to the advent of organized metallic currency systems further to the South. Possibly one of the earliest instances of such organized coinage, the set is extremely important for Indian numismatics and monetary history.

Archaic silver punch-marked coin of a type of uncertain provenance and attribution, struck to the Vimsatika standard, with symbolic configuration ABBC. Most likely it belongs to a series from the middle Gangetic Valley. The symbols are entirely geometric and composed of intricate whorls, 4.46g.
Very fine, Very rare.
These coins have appeared on the market before with varied provenances ranging from Bharatpur to Jaunpur. As such they have been attributed to various 'Janapadas', like 'Matsya' but these attributions remain speculative. Obv: Diademed Greek-style bust facing right; traces of Brahmi legend Vijayamita to the right. Rev: Three-arched hill with crescent and Swastikas in each arch.
Oxidation, Very fine, Rare.
Coins of Vijayamitra evidently follow an Indo - Greek prototype, most likely that of Archebios the successor of Antialkidas. It is interesting to note that an inscription of Heliodorus, the emissary of Antialkidas is also known from Vidisha in Central Malwa.
