Archaic silver punch-marked coin - middle Ganges valley region, 'Jakhania hoard' type, traditionally attributed to 'Kasi Janapada under Kosala Janapada', (c.400-300 BC), ABBC configuration, Vimshatika standard, Rajgor series 58, no. 809, 4.68g. Obv: Four punches - 1. Whorl with anticlockwise prongs, 2. Cross with anticlockwise curvy extensions, 3 and 4. six petal lotus flowers; plus one banker's mark (sun). Rev: Minor 'banker's marks'.
