Obv: Lion facing left, standard and bead above, date below, all within a circle with outer border of double arches. Rev: Bangla legend Digbijayi Sri Sri/yutamara Mani/kya Deva Sri Ama/ravati Devyau in four lines, within square with ornamental border. The epithet 'Digvijayi' - 'conqueror of the world' probably refers to a successful military campaign. |
