Rashtrakutas(?), unattributed silver dramma from Central Maharashtra, 0.42g. Obv: Full frontal bust of a king, wearing hairbun, Chudamani ornament, heavy earrings, and necklace. Rev: Seated figure of Kubera in an iconic style, with delicately carved Prabha feature at the back, and a Kumbha (vase), symbolic of a wealth repository to right; Brahmi letters Shri (Na)… at 2 o'clock. Hitherto Unique & Unpublished in most sources. |
