Ancient Malwa, 'Ujjayini' region uninscribed die-struck coinage (200-100 BC), two copper coins of different types. (a) Kothari RB57, 3.47g. Obv: Goddess standing in center holding aloft a Nandipada, tree-in-railing to right and other small symbols around. Rev: 'Ujjain'-symbol with taurines in quadrants. (b) Kothari RB178, 2.84g. Obv: Man with top-knot hair standing carrying stick and water-pot, standard and wheel with arrow-spokes to left. Rev: 'Ujjain' symbol. (2 coins) Estimate
