Gupta Empire, Chandra Gupta II (c. 375-415 AD), Gold Heavy Dinar, 8.28g. Obv: King with whip (Altekar) 'Chandr' under the left arm of king, he is wearing tight kurta, dhoti above knees, earrings, single lined necklace, armlets, wristlets ect. Hair style of king is different (Jatadhari), holding a bow in right hand arrow in the left snake also occurred in the neck of garuda. Rev: Lakshmi seated on a lotus, holding a noose and lotus in her hands. Tamgha in left field and brahmi legend Sri Vikrama to the right. Estimate
