Samatata region, debased Gold Dinar of Balabhata of Khadga dynasty (c. 700-750 AD), ECB SAM17.2, 5.36g. Obv: Stylised representation of 'archer' king holding bow and arrow in each hand, 'Nandi' standard in the backdrop; Brahmi letter Shri to the left of the head, Pra below the hand holding the arrow and legend Bala / Bhata in two lines below the bow. Rev: Stylised representation of goddess, facing right making a gesture of reassurance, with curved lines (drapery?) behind her back; traces of crude inscription to right. Estimate
