Obv: Profile bust of king to right, traces of a date in its front. Rev: Fan-tailed peacock in centre; Brahmi legend in chaste Sanskrit Vijitavaniravanipati Kumara Gupto Divam Jayati विजितवनिरवनिपतिकुमारगुप्तोदिवंजयति (Having conquered the Earth and the lords of the Earth, Kumara Gupta wins the Heavens) around; full inscription readable on coin, with tops of some letters cut off.
