Maratha Confederacy, a group of 3 Copper coins: 2 x 'spectacle' or 'Nagphani' mark (M&W misc. and unattributed coins, T33, 7.91g and 7.75g) and 1 x with 'battle-axe' or 'Farshi' mark (M&W misc. and unattributed T30, 6.50g), with rest of the inscription garbled. These coins bear marks copied from the Maratha issues of Pune mint and as such are attributed to it. But recent find spot information and further studies into their appearance and fabric has cast a strong doubt on this identification. (3 Coins) Estimate
