Cis-Sutlej States, Malerkotla, Silver Rupee (5), (a) Khan Saheb Asadu'llah Khan (1780-1784 AD). Since the study of coins of Cis Sutlej States is still inadequate, this could even be of Khan Atau'llah Khan (1784-1809 AD). (b) Nawab Amir Ali Khan Bahadur (1821-1846 AD). The digit 6 on the extreme left of the obverse is part of the Hijri year. (c) Nawab Muhammad Sikander Ali Khan Bahadur (1857-1871 AD). The Arabic letter Seen left to Su'ad indicative of the ruler's name. A beautiful flower symbol to the left of Seen of Jalus and a distinct symbol below Seen on the reverse. (d) Nawab Muhammad Ibrahim Ali Khan Bahadur (1871-1908 AD). Distinct symbol of a flower to the left of Su'ad on the reverse. (e) Nawab Bahadur Ahmed Ali Khan (1908-1947 AD). Bahadur clearly legible on the reverse bottom. Usually the coins of Nawab Bahadur Ahmed Ali Khan have low Silver content, nice specimen. (5 Coins) Estimate
