Sikh Empire, a Copper Paisa of the Sikhs. On account of the symbol of the lion on the obverse such coins are generally attributed to Sher Singh. The letter above the leaf is Ba in Gurmukhi. It is generally followed by Ra on the coins of Amritsar as part of the mint name Ambaratsar. However, on this coin, the letter after 'Ba' appears to be 'Si' of Singh. Highly enigmatic, Estimate
