Obv: Elephant standing facing right, a tree-in-railing to right, a six-armed symbol above and a river with fishes and turtles below. Rev: 'Ujjain' symbol with small 'Ujjain' symbols in each orb. (b) Uninscribed cast Copper coin from Gangetic Valley, (MAC 4348-4352), 3.33g. Obv: Four symbols - inverted Taurine, elephant walking to left (top row), Swastika and horizontal triangle-headed standard (bottom row). Rev: Four symbols - three-arched hill with crescent, horizontal Taurine, tree-in-railing and open cross. (c) Uninscribed cast Copper coin from Gangetic Valley, (MAC 4359- 4360), 2.81g. Obv: Tree with broad leaves in railing with parasols attached. Rev: Three-arched hill surmounted with crescent, a dot in each arch. (3 coins) |
