Coin of King Viga (विग)
Coins of King Viga / Vigra were first published by Prashant Kulkarni in ONS-Newsletter 113. They were reportedly found at Paithan. But their general typology matches with Sebaka coins which are encountered further to the East.
Obv: Bull walking to right, triangle-headed standard behind, Swastika above the hump, six-arched hill in the front and traces of wavy line below; Brahmi legend …ño Vigasa above. Rev: Traces of bold Nandipada drawn with double lines, double circle, topped with Shrivatsa to its left, 15.06g.
