Gupta Empire, Budha Gupta? (470-500 AD), Gold Dinar of 'Archer' type, Altekar Class II, 9.26g. Obv: Nimbate king standing, wearing a tunic, holding a strung bow in one hand and an arrow in the other; a 'Garuda' standard to his left, no Brahmi legend below the arm holding the bow and traces of letters along the margin. Rev: Goddess Lakshmi seated crosslegged on a lotus, holding lotus in one hand and a noose in the other; Tamgha in the left field and Brahmi legend Sri Vikrama to right. Estimate
