Bhanugupta Prakashaditya (c. 450-500AD), Gold Dinar of 'horseman-lion slayer' type, Altekar p. 285, Pl.XV, 9.46g. Obv: king riding a horse killing a lion, which attacks from the right, with a sword. Traces of Brahmi legend divam Jayati from 9 o'clock to 11 o'clock. Rev: goddess Lakshmi seated on lotus holding a noose in her right hand and lotus in the left; Brahmi legend Prakasha between 2 o'clock and 4 o'clock, degenerate tamgha in the left field. Estimate
