Hon. Mountstuart Elphinstone, Governor of Bombay (1819-1827) to left, and Sir John Malcolm, Governor of Bombay (1827-1830) to right. These statues are presently located in Town hall, Bombay printed by Perkins, Bacon & Co. London, J&R 1B.1.2.1.
