This silver medal was given to all officers, Captains and Bengal presidency’s soilders who took part in capturing seringapatam capital of mysore.

Cap badge, Malay States Guides - brass badge with crossed daggers within a garter inscribed with the unit title, 'Malay States Guides', surmounted by a Guelphic Crown, 9.96g.
Extremely fine, Rare.
The Malay State Guides were formed in 1896 from the 1st Perak Sikhs, a paramilitary unit that evolved from the Perak Armed Police. Under the command of Lieutenant-Colonel Robert Sandilands Frowd Walker (1850-1917), the unit included infantry and artillery companies led by British and Sikh officers. The Guides were disbanded in 1919.

Bumakandy Garden (Assam), Tea Garden Token, Brass, 5.42g. Obv: E.C.T.Co, LD. BUMAKANDY 1872. Rev: EASTERN CACHAR TEA COMPANY in English and "বিনাকান্তি" (BINAKANTI) in Bengali in center with star at bottom. One of the rarest Tea Garden Token where Company name, English Language, Regional Language and Date of issue all are mentioned. 26mm, PR 18, Refer Bose 16.
Extremely fine, Extremely rare.
Tea Token of Cachar tea garden in Assam-Barrack valley of North-East India. Two tea token were introduced by Eastern Cachar Tea Company in the year 1872 in diameter of 26mm and 20.5mm. The interesting fact is that in Bengali the garden name was BINAKANTI "বিনাকান্তি" but in English it was BUMAKANDY. Most probably this name was pronounced by British in that manner. Now-a-days this garden is known as BINNAKANDY.
