Very fine, Extremely rare.
The coins with Tamil Brahmi legends are probably the earliest inscribed coins in South India. 'Peruvazhuti' refers to a Pandya king who, according to tradition, performed several Vedic sacrifices. The songs of the Sangam literature mention that his full name was Palyagasalai Mutukutumi Peruvazhuti.
