Very fine+, Very rare.
The inscription on the seal contains the word 'Ghafoor' which means 'one who is forgiving' and it is one of the names of Allah. But it is likely that the bearer of the seal was also named 'Ghafoor' and he has used his name as a pun in what is seemingly a religious inscription.
