Very Fine, Very Rare.
A coin of this type, the only known example till the one offered here, was published by K Ganesh in JONS 202. It brought to light an unknown successor to Ahsan Shah, the first Sultan of Madura. The AH date shows clearly that he was different from the Sultan of the same name, who ruled Madura just before the Sultanate was absorbed into the Vijayanagar Empire.
