A coin with 'Nanni Vedanga' title was published by M. Mukunda Prabhu and attributed to Rashtrakuta ruler Govinda IV on the basis of epigraphical evidence. This coin included in K Ganesh's book 'Karnataka Coins' (p. 15-16), does not have the symbol to the right of the lion.
