Kidarites, Gold Dinar imitating designs of Kushan king Vasudeva II (c. 300-350 AD), Goebl 680, 8.14g. Obv: Nimbate king wearing conical helmet and armour, standing holding a trident, offering sacrifice at an altar with trident standard in the backdrop; crude Bactrian legend ShAONANO ShAO BAZO KOShOO around. Rev: Nimbate Shiva/Oesho, crudely executed, standing reclining on Nandi; Bactrian legend OEShO to right and angular Tamgha in the left field.
