Obv: laureate and bearded head of the Emperor facing right; SEVERVS PIVS AVG in exergue. Rev: city goddess Roma, helmeted, draped, seated facing left on shield, holding palladium in right hand and spear in left hand; Latin legend RESTITVTOR VRBIS around.
