Nawabs of Arcot/Seera, two copper coins struck in Southern India in the name of Mughal Emperors: (2 coins) (a) Cash in the name of Shah Alam Bahadur, Mahmud Bandar mint, AH 11xx/RY 3, 3.48g. This coin was most likely struck under the authority of Zulfiqar Khan or his deputy Da'ud Khan Panni, who held charge as the 'Nawab of Arcot' before the territory passed under the rule of Sa'adatullah Khan. (b) ½ Cash in the name of Muhammad Shah, Balapur mint, undated, 1.09g. Most likely an issue of the PathanNawabs of Seera. Estimate
